Since 2002, BSPT Construction Corporation has focused on the telecommunications infrastructure that connects communities across the Philippines.
Who we are
End-to-end expertise for a more connected country.
BSPT is a private company specializing in telecommunications infrastructure, from site acquisition and right-of-way permitting to cell site construction and fiber optic cable works.
The company began this work in 2002 and has undertaken telecommunications projects across the Philippines, supported historically by satellite offices in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Its project experience includes work with equipment vendor Huawei and telecom operators PLDT and Globe.
BSPT’s stated goal is to build strategic partnerships in telecommunications and contribute to the country’s continuing development.

Established and registered BS Powertec Phils., Inc. with the SEC; supplied towers to Alcatel Philippines, Ericsson, Alandick Philippines and Reime Philippines.
Constructed BSC sites for Globe Telecom under Sumicon.
Constructed sites for DMPI Towers under Ericsson, covering site acquisition and permits, civil works and telecommunications installation.
Constructed aerial fiber optic cable in North Luzon as part of Globe Telecom’s NW FOBN project through Ericsson.
Constructed underground fiber optic cable from Tacloban to Ormoc and Maasin under Globe Telecom’s FOBN project through Ericsson; supplied towers to Huawei Philippines for Bayantel and DMPI.
Constructed the Globe Nemesis outside-plant project across much of Visayas and Mindanao under Huawei Technologies.
Continued Globe Nemesis outside-plant and takeover projects across much of Visayas and Mindanao under Huawei; received Huawei Philippines’ Best Quality & Operations Award.
Named Most Outstanding Core Partner of Huawei Philippines and accredited by PCAB with Category D.
Received Huawei Philippines’ Best Partner and Best Quality of the Year awards; accredited by Globe Telecom for site acquisition, civil works, outside-plant contracting and tower supply using Bosung Powertec Korea Philippines; accredited by PCAB with Category A.
Received Huawei Philippines’ Best Quality and Best EHS Contractor awards, as well as a Gold Medal Award.
Received ISO 9001:2015 certification from IMSM; awarded a USD 5.61 million outside-plant and Fiber to the Home project from Globe Telecom and a USD 14.35 million outside-plant and Fiber to the Home project from Huawei Philippines.
Named Huawei South East Asia Supplier of the Year 2018 and a Bronze Awardee for EHS Self-Management by Huawei Philippines; renewed the PCAB Category A General Engineering license with the classifications recorded in BSPT’s company profile.
Received ISO 45001:2018 certification from IMSM; supplied and constructed monopoles and laid fiber optic cable for Desarrollos Terrestres in Botolan, Zambales; awarded a USD 23.4 million full-turnkey cell site construction project for Globe and Smart from Huawei Philippines.
